Wrap and Roll fusion

This is a very good place to experience the modern version of the Vietnamese rolls, served with the traditional fish sauce and the modern peanut sauce, with white, soft vermicelli on the side and rich servings of green leafy vegetables. It is nice to experiment wrapping either the fresh or fried rolls with the leafy veggies before dipping them on the sauce, Korean style.

Their fruit smoothies are also very refreshing.

Mon Hue Address: 7 p. Q., 1 Lê Thánh Tôn, Bến Nghé, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam

Mon Hue serves the practical Vietnamese rolls and pho noodle soup and some seafood dishes. I say it is practical because they prepare the food in a reasonable time, price is affordable and the dishes are freshly made and taste very well.
I visit Mon Hue in Le Than Ton often. The place is clean and maintained well. The service is also very good. If you are hungry and want to avoid the busy Vincomm Center, go straight towards the Hai Ba Trung wing. After three blocks you will find Mon Hue.

But if you have foreign guests, might as well bring them to Mon Hue at Dong Khoi St. also near Le Thanh Ton. It has a spacious, well-lighted dining area at the second floor. A small portion is actually in al fresco area.
